More of a "clean up the process" type changes- i.e. if you have a Restricted-class license, no more requirement to get another "license" (Authorization to Transport) to move it around, eliminate the POL (Possession Only License) and such.
Nothing really earth-shattering here, but at least some of the more bizarre things about licensing are being changed.
